Steps 2–4 · One bounded engagement
A structured quality improvement project designed to identify, address, and measure care-continuity vulnerabilities associated with staffing changes.
Over 90 days, FGS works with facility leadership to establish a baseline, identify a priority continuity gap, implement a facility-specific operational solution, measure the result, and document the improvement process.
The pilot is Steps 2 through 4 above — facility assessment, system implementation, and measurement — packaged as a single engagement with a defined start and finish.
